People say that there could be no one like father-Aron and his beautiful daughter-Aura. They both lived in the city. Aura was well educated and her father was the only one who supported her in all her problem, Aura’s mother had passed away, and it was nearly her sixth death anniversary.
Things were not going well in between the daughter and father. They were continuously involving in fights, which were making their understanding more complicated, the problems were occurring because of Aura’s behavior towards her father was not acceptable. Aura didn’t pay attention to her father’s concern and was happy in living her own individual life, as for her father he always thought about Aura before taking any step, be it major or minor.
19th of September -It was her mother’s death anniversary; Aura had taken leave from the office. Aron had gone to the village, to buy flowers, every year they bought those same flowers as Aura’s mother which was not so far from the city, he had travelled by train, but every time Aron would arrive before time, this time it took him a while.
The daughter was impatient now. She reached the phone to call him, forgetting all the dispatches, as she reached the phone the bell rang. Aura quickly rushed to the door, finding her father standing with the designated flowers and a huge smile on his face, but then Aura noticed a big bruise on her father’s head, as soon as she opened her mouth to ask him about it the phone rang, Aura quickly let her father in and, ran to receive the phone, every year their relatives from all over the world would call them in order to pay respect to Aura’s dead mother, as she received it, it turned out to be something completely else.
It was from the police station it said that they had found a dead body near the train station and the man had Aura’s number in his wallet, the police had informed them so they can go and collect the dead body as soon as possible. When she heard all this she turned cold, the phone fell from Aura’s hand. Aura rushed to the main hall to check if her father was there, but as she reached there her father was nowhere to be found. Aura remembered how her grandmother had told her that after dying the soul goes to their loved ones for meeting them for the last time.
Observing all this Aura had fallen to the ground and regretted that she had missed the last chance of meeting her father to even apologize to him.
As she was lost in her deep thoughts her father yelled from his room, “Ohh…I forgot to inform you Aura my wallet got stolen in the train station today”.
Aura couldn’t believe her ears, she ran as fast as she could towards her father, and hugged him like never before.
MORAL: “A lifetime isn't forever, so take the first chance; don't wait for the second one! Because sometimes, there aren't second chances! And if it turns out to be a mistake? So what! This is life! A whole bunch of mistakes!”
