Everyone has to face at least one great challenge in their life, which is probably not easy to overcome with. My greatest challenge have ever been to become fit, and like me many people in the world are facing this challenge too.
Well, are you the one who is in bad shape? If you are! Then this is the time you should be back on your feet, or else being in bad shape can result on obesity. Obesity is a condition in which you have a high body mass index (BMI), or too much body fat for your height. Obesity is the not the same as being overweight, which is when your weight is higher than what is healthy for your height.
If you think all these things are just not to worry about then we must inform you that there are some people in this world who are afraid of getting their belly a bit out, and considering that it is also said that a “fit and healthy body” is the most satisfying statement for any person. So if someone does not relate to this statement then this means that they are not good with their fitness level.
Talking about my experience at the age of 14 –I do have difficulties in doing those tasks which should be done easily by the people of my age and because of these kinds of problems I feel ashamed of myself and not only just that I also get bullied by my seniors cause we all know the people like us always gets bullied.
But I am trying to do my best to be fit. I have changed my daily routine. I am doing more exercise and playing outdoor games daily and running for at least 100m every day because I think that the doors of getting fit are not closed for me .I do feel a bit blue now but I will strive to do my best.
