Memories –Taher Shah

The countdown begins, here comes the summer holidays, the most awaited moment of the year. After a wait of more than six months, we are finally off on our trip to Switzerland. We reached to the airport, boarded the flight.


We landed in Zurich and the first day we went to see the Rhine fall and the next day we had breakfast and went to do the city tour. Then we booked a train to Zermatt and we reached 9:00 in the morning. The next day we went to the first snow mountain at Matterhorn glacier paradise and the temperature was freezing. The amazing fact is that Toblerone is made in Switzerland Zermatt at Matterhorn glacier paradise. On the third day, we went to Interlaken and sat in the bus then we had food and saw the circus. My sister fell sick. We went to the station and kept our luggage and left for Gornergrat and the weather was -3 and then we went to Wingen by train.

In Wengen, we went to Jungfrau and it was our 2 snow mountain. We went to Engel Burgh. We had changed 3 stations. On the next day, we went Luzern for city tour we went by train then we took a cable car. There were many clouds that we could not see anything. Then we went to a garden by a cable car and we sat at a roller coaster which was really scary and I was going so slowly. All were screaming from behind to go faster. The next morning, we did cycling at the top of the cliff.

Over there we went at a chocolate factory, named, Lindlt, they showed us how it was made. The chocolates were delicious. The next day we went to Mount Titlist this was our last snow mountain. We played in snow and sat in an ice flyer and then we went to Glacier Park. We all got wet .Then we ate salad rolls which was made by my mother and my aunty. We went 3050m/10000 feet and at last I did back flip from the top.

It was an amazing and wonderful trip I ever had in my life!!!
