INTERNET ADDICTION by Fakhruddin Juzer



We are all now connected by the internet like electrons in a giant brain, aren’t we?...

Internet addiction today is very common and nobody can live without it.’ A day without internet is like a year without rain’.

Basically internet addiction means people using internet for more than half of their days, and today because of the advanced technology people would die without internet. It’s also good-studying other’s cultures (cultural diversity), for business-importing exporting…., but today internet is corrupted by many social apps-mainly YouTube and intagram.peope spend hours on these apps-Even I do sometimes.

Causes of internet addiction:

These addictions may be triggered by underlying emotional disorders such as depression and anxiety, so medications used for those conditions can be given in the hope that treating the underlying cause will cause a cessation of the internet or computer addiction.



Also when life is too hard and stressful/ everyone rushes to it to reduce their stress. Neither any of us would like to see ourselves not connected with the internet and the world is. That be awkward and boring.



How to reduce internet addiction:

There ae alwys several ways of reducing internet addiction-get a hobby which doesn’t include internet, for example-outdor sports.You could also have a good time out wwith friend and hangout with them, but you need to have a limited time and fight with your naughty brain and heart to stop using internet all day.If you can stop them, Then you won for sure.



Every cloud has a silver lining-our brain is full of dirty things nd thre is a very silver part which is good.Increase the silverness and stop using the internet .
